Your Essential Role & Responsibilities:
As a Guest Service Representative, you'll be the ultimate resource for our guests, handling a variety of crucial tasks:
- Hospitality Pro: Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure for all guests.
- Information Hub: Provide details on hotel policies, services, and amenities, and act as a local expert for directions, dining, and area information.
- Sales & Reservations: Skillfully sell rooms to "walk-in" customers and manage reservations in person and over the phone.
- Administrative & Financial: Process all types of payments, balance the cash drawer, post charges to accounts, and manage reservation data on our computer system.
- Problem Solver: Quickly and effectively respond to guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
- Team Communicator: Inform housekeeping staff of room availability and answer incoming calls.
