Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for guests and residents, contributing to their overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained.
• Manage floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed.
• Handle laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials in guest rooms and public areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing friendly service to guests and responding to their needs efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain cleanliness in an organized manner.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
