Responsibilities
- Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette
- Greet visitors at the front desk and direct them appropriately
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Handle correspondence via email and phone, providing excellent customer support and customer service
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Support office management tasks such as organizing files, managing office equipment, and coordinating meetings
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to organizational policies
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, filing, and document management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for front desk interactions
