Can Do Crew Staffing, Inc. is growing — and we’re looking for a strong HVAC Service Manager to lead a team of 8–12 residential service technicians.
This is a performance-driven leadership role with real impact on revenue, culture, and growth.
💪 What You’ll Be Responsible For
🔧 Team Leadership & Coaching
- Lead daily huddles and weekly training
- Conduct bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions
- Build accountability and morale
- Develop technicians into top performers
📈 Performance & Revenue Management
- Track daily revenue & service ticket averages
- Monitor KPIs and adjust strategy fast
- Optimize dispatch board for efficiency
- Support techs in real-time when needed
💰 Sales & Forecasting
- Set daily, weekly & monthly projections
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Analyze missed revenue on service tickets
- Align with CSR & Dispatch teams
🚚 Fleet Oversight
- Ensure clean, organized, compliant vehicles
- Conduct inspections
- Maintain company standards
👥 Recruiting & Staffing
- Assist with hiring strong technicians
- Support interviews & onboarding
- Help build a winning team
📊 Your KPIs Will Include:
- Daily revenue & ticket averages

✅ What We’re Looking For
- 5 years HVAC experience (with leadership experience)
- Strong troubleshooting & service operations knowledge
- Proven coaching & team development ability
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software
- Strong communication & organization skills
- Valid California driver’s license with clean record
