You will:
• Lead full residential HVAC installs
• Run your own crew
• Set furnaces, condensers, heat pumps & duct systems
• Handle start-ups & dial systems in correctly
• Make sure installs are clean, efficient & code-compliant
• Train younger techs who want to level up
You won’t be micromanaged.
You will be trusted.
💰 Let’s Talk Income
• $25–$40/hr (DOE)
• OR commission — whichever is greater
• Average earnings $52K–$89K
• Strong leaders earn more
