A well-established professional services company is looking for a Front Office Coordinator to support their busy administrative team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and keeping an office running smoothly.
You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, helping create a welcoming and professional environment while assisting with day-to-day office and administrative needs. This role also offers the opportunity to learn additional industry-specific processes over time, with training provided.
Compensation: $24/hr
Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Duration: Open-ended contract with potential for conversion.
DUTIES
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet visitors and clients warmly and notify appropriate team members upon arrival
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating office calendars as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and document distribution
- Keep reception, lobby, and conference areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Order and maintain office supplies, refreshments, and related materials
- Assist with mailings, document preparation, filing, scanning, and special projects
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in customer service, reception, clerical, office, or administrative support
- Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic office technology
- Willingness to learn new processes and support a team-oriented environment
