Compensation: $72K/yr Base Commissions (Total earnings $108K/yr )
Availability: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. This role will start 100% on-site, then move to a hybrid role.
In this role, you’ll proactively partner with existing customers to identify cross-sell opportunities and prospect for brand-new customers in your territory. You’ll identify and engage with decision-makers within an organization to understand their needs, apply our sales methodology by demonstrating the value of our products, and assist them through the implementation process. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn, be relationship-driven, a go-getter, energetic, and passionate about selling new business in a team environment. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers to meet their needs, create new business opportunities, and drive cross-sell and upsell, presenting the value of integrating the platform solutions.
- Leverage your prospecting techniques and resources to identify new contacts and opportunities within your territory while nurturing relationships to drive interest and advance our sales goals.
- Create and leverage your network of internal and external partners to improve access to resources and expertise, engage our customers most effectively, and support the sales cycle.
- Utilize and coordinate cross-functional internal resources to advance the sales cycle, ensuring a healthy customer relationship.
- Navigate buying groups across functions and leverage your understanding of the complexity of a multi-party/enterprise sale to advance our sales goals.
- Deliver persuasive presentations engagingly and compellingly to impress prospects and customers, storytelling actual business scenarios to key decision-makers
- Identify and meet customer needs with robust discovery and consultative value selling.
- Effectively develop and prioritize a pipeline of opportunities beyond what is needed to achieve your sales goals, accurately forecasting sales.
- Attend initial in-person 1-week intensive training and ongoing virtual weekly product trainings to stay well-informed on industry trends and up to date on constantly evolving solutions.
- Crush your sales quota, negotiating and closing opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of sales experience; SaaS experience a plus, but we’ll teach you what you don’t already know!
- A passion for learning; our industry and work environment are dynamic
- Strong prospecting, planning, organizational, and time-management skills. This is a fast-paced role - the ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent objectives is key!
- Strong presentation skills, with a persuasive, patient, yet compelling and compassionate approach. You’ll be forging strong relationships with customers and must earn their trust.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Technical ability to be proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Ability to approach, recognize, and anticipate process and operational problems and effectively identify areas for improvement
- The desire to learn, explore, and experiment with AI tools
