What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across planning, design, construction, and closeout for complex energy infrastructure projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and leadership.
- Drive execution across cross-functional teams, including design, construction, scheduling, and project controls.
- Own scope, schedule, budget, and change management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Influence and engage stakeholders across SDG&E business units, building strong, lasting partnerships.
- Oversee and optimize key processes such as CAP, JA, WoLF, and Kearny reporting.
- Identify risks early and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Champion process improvements and operational efficiencies, driving measurable cost savings.
- Lead data-driven decision-making, including complex reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Develop tools, SOPs, and frameworks to improve team performance and scalability.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership with confidence and clarity.
