Campbell Supply is seeking a dynamic person to serve our customers and co workers In this sales role at CSC Iowa Falls You will assist customers with their inquiries, promote our products. You will also work along our Outside Sales team to help in the sales process. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide a positive customer experience will be key to your success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Sales order process; entry, confirmation, quoting, etc
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless sales process and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management (VMI), Dead Stock, etc by restocking shelves and reporting low stock levels.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage customers in conversation about products.
- Experience with in Construction process, maintenance or like field preferred
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances our service capabilities.
