The position supports sales and product support teams by maintaining contract data, providing reporting and analytics, and ensuring customers receive consistent, value-driven service.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a strong personal commitment to workplace safety for self and team members
- Track and maintain records for all equipment covered under Customer Value Agreements
- Prepare and deliver accurate service contract quotes for CAT and non-CAT equipment
- Administer contract renewals and manage auto-renewal processes to ensure uninterrupted coverage
- Monitor equipment usage data to support service scheduling and contract management
- Communicate contract status, renewals, and service information to internal teams, including Sales, Product Support, and
- Maintain accurate contract data in applicable systems (CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, or internal databases)
- Generate and distribute monthly and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders and Caterpillar, including CVA sales activity
- Track CVA activity by salesperson and Product Support Sales Representative
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Associate degree or some college coursework required; equivalent experience considered
- Technical training or experience in equipment, service, or contracts preferred
- 1 years of experience in contract administration, sales support, customer service, or a related role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Associate degree or higher in Business, Technology, or a related field; equivalent work experience considered
- Background or prior experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry
- Customer service, customer support, or sales support experience
- Prior experience working for a Caterpillar dealer
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment, Customer Value Agreements, or heavy equipment technology
- Experience using Caterpillar systems and applications such as DBS, SIS, VisionLink, or similar OEM platforms
