JOB DESCRIPTION

The primary responsibility of the Golf Cart Attendant position to diagnose and trouble-shoot golf cart performance issues, create a plan and execute repairs, with a focus on quality and efficiently adhering to the service schedule. The Golf Cart Attendant position should display a proactive, positive attitude and perform all job functions as described below.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose, trouble-shoot and research golf car performance issues
• Suggest additional service work and accessories as appropriate
• Repair golf cars, items such as lights, tires, and other minor repairs
• Provide written documentation of work performed, parts and pricing on work forms in a clear and timely manner
• Inspect/Repair tires
• Keep service area clean and organized
• Performing other related tasks as needed.
• Must provide exemplary customer service while checking carts in and out with guests
• Perform cart inspections upon guests checking carts out and in and have an eye for detail
• Be sure carts are washed and cleaned upon check in and be sure hey are clean and ready for guests to check out
• Perform Ranger duties as assigned

• Must have a valid Driver's License

• Frequently required to climb stairs, walk, talk, hear, and drive a golf cart while on the property.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 lbs.
• Frequently use common office equipment, telephone, computer, keyboard, mouse, two-way radio, and variety of different keys.
