Responsibilities include:
- Leading the month-end and year-end close process
- Managing the general ledger and ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving accounting issues
- Partnering with leadership on financial analysis and reporting
- Supporting external audits and strengthening internal controls
- Driving process improvements and helping build a scalable finance function
- Mentoring and developing a growing accounting team, including offshore resources
- Working cross-functionally with leaders across the business
This isn't simply about maintaining the status quo. They're looking for someone who enjoys improving how things are done and making a lasting impact.
What They're Looking For
- CPA or MBA
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Experience leading month-end close in a fast-paced environment
- ERP experience (NetSuite, Dynamics, Business Central, SAP, Workday or similar)
- Strong Excel skills
- CPA preferred
- Experience within a high-growth or private equity-backed business is highly advantageous
Salary : $155,000 - $170,000
