Temporary Administrative Staff – LMS Systems Integration Project
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Staff member to support a Learning Management System (LMS) integration project. This role will assist with project coordination, data entry, documentation, testing support, and communication between HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support LMS and HRIS data validation, cleanup, and migration activities
- Assist with project documentation, tracking logs, and meeting coordination
- Help monitor project timelines, tasks, and follow-ups
- Provide administrative support for system testing and user acceptance activities
- Coordinate communications and maintain organized project records
- Assist with reporting and basic troubleshooting documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current student or recent graduate in HRIS, Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field
- Interest in HR technology, systems integration, or software implementation projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
