Job Title: Housekeeping Laundry Chute Attendant

Reports to: Laundry Supervisor
The Laundry Chute Attendant is responsible for managing the hotel’s laundry chute system, ensuring the safe and efficient transport of soiled linens to the laundry area. This role also includes sorting and preparing laundry for processing.

- Monitor and operate the laundry chute system safely and efficiently.
- Collect and transport soiled linens from guest floors to the laundry facility.
- Sort laundry by type (e.g., towels, sheets, table linens) for proper washing.
- Ensure no foreign objects are present in the linens before washing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the chute areas.
- Report maintenance issues or chute malfunctions to the appropriate department.
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed
Is this the job for me:

- Experience in housekeeping or laundry operations is an advantage.
