• A lifeguard is responsible for providing guests with an exceptional experience while ensuring safe and proper usage of the facilities by communicating rules and active supervision of the pool area.
• Welcoming and friendly to all visitors, treating them with respect and kindness.
• Make an effort to remember the names and faces of regular guests and engage with them in conversation whenever possible. This creates a sense of familiarity and makes guests feel valued and appreciated.

Is this the job for me:

• Must be at least 16 or older to apply
• Must be able to swim a minimum of 50 yards without stopping.
• Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evening, and holidays.  Must be flexible with availability.
• Monitor the water, enforce rules and regulations, and respond quickly and effectively in the event of an emergency.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors with varying weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
