The Front Office Supervisor oversees the front office team to ensure attentive, courteous, and efficient service is provided to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

- Supervise daily operations of the front desk to ensure efficient and guest-focused service.
- Lead, train, and support front desk agents in delivering excellent customer service.
- Monitor check-in/check-out procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle escalated guest issues or complaints with professionalism and resolution-focused communication.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating front desk staff to maintain adequate coverage.
- Ensure front desk agents are informed of daily activities, group arrivals, and special requests.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, room assignments, and billing accuracy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

- Monitor inventory of front desk supplies and place orders as needed.
- Act as Manager on Duty when assigned, ensuring smooth resort operations in leadership absence.

- At least 2 years of hotel or customer service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College course work in a related field preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Be familiar with hospitality terminology
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain at workstation for extended periods.
- Ability to lift or carry up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn property management systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or stressful situations.
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
