The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Banquet Servers to join our team at Camelback Ranch in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Banquet Server, you will provide outstanding customer service while serving food and beverage products, ensuring that Camelback Ranch guests’ needs are being met in a positive, efficient, and courteous manner. The ideal Banquet Server candidate will be friendly, positive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
This position is a seasonal position that begins on February 6th. Spring Training games at Camelback Ranch will be held from February 20th through March 24th, with typical shift availability needed from 9 am – 4 pm.
Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

What will you do?
- Sets up tables for the function in accordance with the banquet event order
- Accurately transports food and beverages to guests promptly
- Performs necessary tasks to service guests, including: taking and filling drink orders, providing refills, answering questions, and clearing dirty dishes
- Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
- Monitors guest needs continually, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handles any guest complaints
- Replenishes food on buffet lines (if applicable)
- Maintains a safe and clean environment for guests and fellow team members
- Breaks down the event according to the company procedures
More about you
- Must be 18 or older
- Minimum of 3 months’ previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, including listening skills, and the ability to take food and beverage orders and fill those orders correctly
- No high school diploma or GED required
Physical requirements
- Ability to stand or walk, including up and down stairs, for the entire length of the shift
- Ability to lift to 35 pounds
