Camden Family Health is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our growing healthcare team. We are currently hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN opportunities, offering flexibility to fit your schedule and career goals.
This position may provide services at any of our pharmacy locations, including:
- Summersville
- Camden on Gauley
- Richwood
As a Pharmacist with Camden Family Health, you will play an integral role in improving the health of our communities by providing exceptional pharmaceutical care while working alongside an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
What You'll Do
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely.
- Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and adherence.
- Collaborate with providers to optimize medication therapy.
- Review prescriptions for appropriateness, drug interactions, and patient safety.
- Promote quality patient care and positive health outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational pharmacy regulations.
- Support the mission of providing accessible, high-quality care to all patients.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
- Active West Virginia Pharmacist License in good standing.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Previous retail, community, ambulatory, or FQHC experience is preferred but not required.
