Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience programming CMM’s
Familiarity with Zeiss Calypso software
Ability to read and interpret blue-prints and have a strong working knowledge of GD&T
Strong problem solving skills
Detail oriented with good organizational skills
Experience with manual inspection devices such as; micrometers, bore, thread, profilometers and pin gauges..etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong math skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Write and revise CMM programs based on engineering drawings and models
Work on Metrology related projects
Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve measurement related issues
Help troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance and OEM
Collaborate with other programmers implementing best practices
Support production
