Adjust all controls to ensure parts are properly cleaned. Tend to machines that wash, rustproof, and remove loose metal from parts. Adjust valves and dials to activate spray washers and blasters. Selects proper cycle to run per move ticket. Observes machine operations and load/unload parts when degreased, rinsed, coated, and dried. Tests solution percentage in tanks and adjusts the solution as needed. Cleans tanks as needed. Follows safety practices and requirements pertaining to the type of work involved.
