What You Will Do:
- Sourcing & Networking: Use traditional job boards, local networking, and community partnerships to identify and source talent.
- Pipeline Management: Build a "ready-to-hire" bench of qualified security professionals to meet our rapid growth needs.
- Full-Cycle Execution: Lead the candidate journey from the initial discovery call through the final offer.
- Onboarding & Documentation: Facilitate the new hire process by ensuring all onboarding requirements, including new hire paperwork and employment documentation, are completed accurately and promptly.
- Bilingual Communication: Utilize your fluency in English and Spanish to engage with a diverse candidate pool and ensure all employment documentation is clearly understood.
What We Are Looking For:
- Recruiting Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in a dedicated recruiting or talent acquisition role. We value experience in staffing agencies, retail, hospitality, or similar high-volume industries.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in Spanish and English is required for this role.
- Strategic Mindset: Someone who doesn't just wait for resumes but actively "hunts" for top-tier talent.
- Results-Driven: You thrive on hitting hiring goals and take pride in the quality of the people you bring through the door.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with modern ATS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-Motivated: Shows initiative and delivers results with minimal oversight while contributing effectively to team goals and adjusting seamlessly to changing priorities.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum high school diploma (or equivalent GED) required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a dedicated recruiting or talent acquisition role.
Physical Requirements and Environment:
- Office environment with minimal to no work in extreme temperatures is expected.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Physical efforts to carry out job duties are limited and can include some standing, walking, bending, and light lifting (up to 15 pounds at times).
