Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to ensure all rooms and common areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests needs and preferences regarding cleaning services.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations during all cleaning processes.
- Assist with carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve high standards of cleanliness across all properties.
Requirements
