Position - Registered Nurse Hospice
Specialty - Hospice care / Home Health care
Location - Effingham, IL
(Note - We have openings in Other Locations like New Lenox and Chicago)
Shift - M-F 8am - 4:30 pm (or until assigned patient visits are complete) / 40 Hour Guarantee)
PAY - Up to $2500/week
Description -
Registered Nurse is responsible for identifying patient/family needs, and for providing nursing and supportive care for terminally ill patients and their families/caregivers. Manages a caseload of patients/caregivers as assigned.
Territory: 50-60-mile radius.
Caseload: max 12
Mileage: Reimbursed at the standard IRS rate; however, there is a large possibility they would be assigned a fleet vehicle
Submission Requirements-
- 2 years of Experience - Required
- IL RN License - Required
- BLS (AHA) - Required
- Hospice Experience - Required
- Dedicated Hospice Admission Experience - Highly Preferred
Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract
Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per week
