LPN – Nursing Home | 13-Week Travel Nursing Contract
Location: Julesburg, CO 80737
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Shifts
Pay for $36 hours - $1600 -$1750 Weekly gross
Pay for $48 Hours - $2000 -$2200 Weekly gross
Schedule: 36–48 hours/week
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel nursing contract in Julesburg, Colorado. This position provides an opportunity to deliver quality nursing care in a 32-bed nursing home facility with an average census of approximately 23–25 residents.
Schedule & Responsibilities
- 12-hour shifts
- 36–48 hours per week
- Floating may be required
- ASAP start preferred
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a nursing home setting
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
- Administer medications and perform routine nursing treatments
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the nursing and interdisciplinary team to support quality resident care
Required Qualifications & Certifications
- Active Colorado LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Nursing home/LTC experience preferred
- Ability to work rotating schedules and every other weekend
- Must complete compliance by the Wednesday prior to the Monday start date
