Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Radiology Operations Manager – Radiation Oncology to oversee the administrative, clinical, quality, regulatory, and operational functions of a Radiation Oncology department within a leading medical center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative, clinical, and operational functions of the Radiation Oncology department.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, resource utilization, performance management, and clinical operations.
• Supervise and support radiation therapy staff while promoting high standards of patient care and safety.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, clinical performance, and accreditation readiness, including ACR/ASTRO standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, department leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care, workflow, and department performance.
• Promote excellent customer service, physician relations, communication, teamwork, safety, and patient satisfaction.
• Support continuous quality improvement and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 5 years of Radiation Therapy experience – Required
• Management/Supervisory experience – Required
• ARRT Radiation Therapy (T) – Required
• ARRT Radiography (R) – Required
• Active Massachusetts Radiology License – Required
• AHA BLS – Required
