MRI Technologist (MRI Tech) – 13 Week Contract
Location: Flint, Michigan
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | 8-Hour Shifts
Contract Length: 13 Weeks with Possible Extension
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment in Flint, MI, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have strong MRI experience, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced imaging environment.
Under the direction of the Radiology Manager, the MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing a wide variety of MRI examinations, exercising professional judgment in the performance of these procedures, and providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and department protocols
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during examinations
- Operate MRI equipment and maintain image quality standards
- Screen patients for MRI safety compliance
- Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines at all times
- Deliver compassionate and professional patient care
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of MRI Technologist experience [Required]
- Current BLS Certification
- ARRT Certification [Required]
- Strong knowledge of MRI procedures and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Assignment Details
- 13-week contract assignment

- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends
Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per week
