📍 Location: Rio Rancho, New Mexico
📅 Contract: 13 Weeks (Extension Possible)
We are currently looking for a dedicated LVN/LPN – Rehabilitation Nurse to join an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Rio Rancho, NM. This is a great opportunity for nurses who are passionate about helping patients recover, regain independence, and thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment.
💰 Compensation
• Local Candidates: $34/hour
• Travel Candidates: $1,350 – $1,550 weekly
🕒 Schedule
• Day Shift – 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
• Every other weekend required
• Must be available to work Fridays
🩺 Key Responsibilities
• Provide quality nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
• Support patients through recovery and rehabilitation activities
• Maintain accurate patient records using Cerner
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare staff
✅ Requirements
• Active LVN/LPN license (required at submission)
• 1–2 years recent inpatient rehab or hospital experience
• Travel experience required
• BLS / CPR certification required
• ACLS preferred (required if working as Charge Nurse)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
• 1 professional reference required at submission
