Travel Home Health LPN | Pittsfield, MA | 13-Week Contract
Cambay Healthcare is hiring an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Health for a 13-week travel assignment in Pittsfield, Massachusetts!
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Start Date: August 17, 2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
40 Hours Guaranteed
Competitive Weekly Pay
No On-Call | Holiday Coverage as Needed
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts LPN License (Required at submission)
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience (Hospital-based preferred)
- Home Health experience required
- OASIS proficiency and Certified Home Health experience highly preferred
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and Personal Vehicle
- Infusion Therapy experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of home health reimbursement and regulatory guidelines
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes
- Perform patient assessments and document clinical findings
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Complete accurate documentation in accordance with agency standards
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and disease management
- Manage caseload independently while maintaining quality patient care
Assignment Highlights
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 40 hours guaranteed
- No regular weekends or on-call
- Holiday coverage as needed
- Meditech EMR
- Mileage travel within assigned territory
- Self-scheduling experience preferred
- Teaching healthcare system with an excellent reputation
Important Notes
- Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility
- Personal vehicle is required
- Maximum 5 days of RTO allowed and must be submitted with the application
