Registered Nurse Med Surg

TRAVEL RN – MED SURG | DAY SHIFT | RIVERTON, WY

Location: LANDER, WY 82520
13-Week Travel Assignment
Schedule: 3×12 Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Start Date: September 7, 2026
Weekly Pay: $2,400 – $2,800 (DOE)

Job Duties:

• Provide direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments.
• Manage pre- and post-surgical patient care.
• Start IVs, change dressings, and perform catheter care.
• Monitor specialized equipment and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge care.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Participate in discharge planning and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements:

• 2 years of Med Surg RN experience
• Active Wyoming or Compact RN License
• BLS, ACLS & PALS – AHA required
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Strong acute-care Med Surg experience

Experience:

• Med Surg RN: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:
