Role Description
The Account Executive will manage and grow client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for new and existing accounts. This full-time, on-site role in Miami, FL involves prospecting and qualifying leads, presenting Calvis’s security solutions, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle to close new business. The Account Executive will prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining an organized sales pipeline, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular updates and insights to leadership. The role also includes gathering client feedback and market intelligence to help refine offerings and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales or account management, ideally in security, professional services, or a related industry.
- Strong skills in relationship-building, client communication, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to identify prospects, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored solutions with clear value propositions.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and standard business software to manage pipelines, track activities, and report results.
