About the Role
You're the right hand to the founders. You keep the calendar honest, the inbox moving, and travel booked — but most of all, you make sure the things that get said in a meeting actually happen. This is a step beyond a classic EA. You'll chase down owners, prep the decisions, and hold the line on the founders' time. When something is slipping, you catch it before anyone asks.
What You'll Do
- Own the calendars: schedule, defend, and triage competing priorities across the founders' days
- Run inbox and comms triage: draft replies, surface what actually needs a principal, and kill the noise
- Manage travel: book and adjust business and occasional personal trips, build the itinerary, and handle the changes when plans move
- Prep meetings: agendas, briefing docs, follow-up notes, and a live list of who owes what by when
- Chase follow-through: turn "we should" into a tracked, closed loop across the team
- Manage the office: coordinate team events, handle visitors, and work with facilities
- Handle light personal logistics: appointments, reservations, and errands for the principals
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years supporting a founder or C-level executive, ideally at a startup or another high-velocity organization
- Relentlessly positive and comfortable bringing order from chaos
- Ruthless organization and follow-through — nothing falls through the cracks
- Sound judgment and real discretion with confidential and personal matters
- A strong writer who's comfortable drafting in someone else's voice
- Tech-fluent: Google Workspace, Slack, and quick to pick up new tools
- Calm under pressure, proactive, and comfortable making the call without being told
