Calvin University is hiring a Resident Director for next year. Details: Be part of an outstanding team and grow professionally as you supervise 6 RAs and oversee one residence hall, and support a cohort of students who have intellectual or developmental disabilities. The annual salary is around $30,000, 2 months fully off in summer, 4 weeks off for holiday breaks, plus flexible paid time off days, professional development funds, full health benefits, 8% retirement contribution, 2-bedroom apartment & full meal plan included. No night/weekend crisis responsibilities. Calvin University is a small school in a big (ish) city, committed to pursuing racial justice and preparing students to serve as Christ’s agents of renewal in the world. This position will oversee a traditional residence hall of around 200 students and also support Life & Career students, many of whom live in this residence hall. The Life & Career Studies program is an inclusive postsecondary college program for students with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
