YOUR DAY AS OUR PRODUCTION AND INSTALL TEAM LEAD
As the Production and Install Team Lead, your day-to-day revolves around ensuring production excellence. You're out in the field checking on crews, training teams, reviewing installations, and coaching apprentices toward mastery. You set expectations, reinforce quality control, oversee safety, and solve challenges as they arise. You'll lead with calm authority, ensuring every homeowner receives a flawless remodel and every crew feels supported. Your leadership directly strengthens the heartbeat of our production department.
Here's what you need to become our Production and Install Team Lead:
- Experience in one-day bath installation
- Ability to recruit, hire, onboard, and retain crews
- Strong background in training and performance coaching
- Experience in establishing and managing apprenticeships
- Capacity to maintain quality control, safety, and timelines
This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
