ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?
As our Lead Marketer - Marketing Manager, you'll balance learning and execution by supporting SEO, content optimization, Google PPC, LSA, PMAX, Meta Ads, and performance tracking while helping shape creative strategy. You'll manage and grow social channels by scripting and producing short-form videos, writing engaging captions, and interacting with audiences. This isn't a desk-only role-you'll attend homeowner visits, collaborate with installers, sales, production, and call center teams, and capture raw, real-time stories. You'll also support community events, canvassing, and partnerships while helping create content for traditional and digital campaigns, including direct mail, print, TV, long-form video, OTT, and CTV, gaining a full-picture understanding of how marketing works as one unified system.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Cherry Hill, NJ, with Monday–Friday hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus weekend availability for events and community engagement.
