Role Description
This is a full-time Hybrid role for a Yacht Broker. The role requires the candidate to be located in the West Palm Beach - North Miami area, with the flexibility to work from home for some tasks. However, you will be expected to travel to your listings. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with finding clients in your area who are looking to buy, sell, or upgrade their boats. Assist with managing brokerage deals, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing personalized service to meet client needs.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Boat, Yachting, and Marine Industry
- Find and retain qualified listings
- Experience in Brokerage and Customer Service
- Build relationships with clients
- Handle the yacht sale process from listing to sold
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
