Job Responsibilities

• Install and service water filtration systemsincluding softeners, reverse osmosis units, UV systems, and whole‑home filtration.
• Diagnose and repair well systemsincluding pumps, pressure tanks, controls, and water‑quality components.
• Perform water testing and analysisto identify treatment needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Conduct routine maintenanceon filtration and well equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Collaborate with the plumbing teamto support integrated plumbing and water‑quality projects.
• Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and compliance with state and company standards.
• Service Titan- Utilize Service Titan software for tracking repairs, service history, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation
• Compliance & Safety- Ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes, industry standards, and safety regulations
• Customer Service Excellence- Handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide timely responses to all service requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Connecticut J License
• Experience- 3 years of experience as a plumber or similar role, with a focus on residential plumbing
• Technical Expertise in Plumbing Systems- Demonstrated proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing residential plumbing systems, including soldering and fixture replacements.
• Service Software- Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
• Communication Skills- Strong communication and listening skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Attention to Detail- Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to plumbing codes and regulations
• Customer-Focused Attitude- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional plumbing services with a positive attitude to enhance customer experience.
• Driver’s License- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Compensation $28/hr 5% performance pay
