Job Responsibilities
- Install and service water filtration systemsincluding softeners, reverse osmosis units, UV systems, and whole‑home filtration.
- Diagnose and repair well systemsincluding pumps, pressure tanks, controls, and water‑quality components.
- Perform water testing and analysisto identify treatment needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct routine maintenanceon filtration and well equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Collaborate with the plumbing teamto support integrated plumbing and water‑quality projects.
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and compliance with state and company standards.
- Service Titan– Utilize Service Titan software for tracking repairs, service history, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation
- Compliance & Safety– Ensure all work adheres to local plumbing codes, industry standards, and safety regulations
- Customer Service Excellence– Handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide timely responses to all service requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Valid Connecticut J License
- Experience– 3 years of experience as a plumber or similar role, with a focus on residential plumbing
- Technical Expertise in Plumbing Systems– Demonstrated proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing residential plumbing systems, including soldering and fixture replacements.
- Service Software– Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
- Communication Skills– Strong communication and listening skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Attention to Detail– Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to plumbing codes and regulations
- Customer-Focused Attitude– A strong commitment to delivering exceptional plumbing services with a positive attitude to enhance customer experience.
- Driver's License– Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation: $28/hr 5% performance pay
