What You’ll Do
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and support a team of licensed plumbing technicians. Set performance standards, enforce safety protocols, and foster a culture of accountability and professionalism.
- Operational Oversight: Coordinate daily workflow, oversee installations and repairs, and ensure compliance with all codes and safety regulations. Work closely with dispatch and office staff to maximize team efficiency.
- Revenue Growth: Identify areas for increased sales and profitability within plumbing operations. Monitor KPIs, manage team productivity, and ensure service targets are met or exceeded.
- Technical Excellence: Provide hands-on support in the field when needed. Serve as a technical resource for the team and ensure all work meets our quality standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers receive high-quality, timely, and respectful service. Proactively address concerns and lead the team in delivering a top-tier customer experience.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor plumbing staff. Build a positive team culture focused on growth, skill development, and retention.
What You Will Bring
- Proven leadership experience in residential plumbing
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to support field teams
- Familiarity with local plumbing codes and permit processes
- Results-driven with a focus on efficiency, performance, and quality
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Master plumber license preferred (or working toward one)
