Under the direction of the Chair of Theatre, the Production & Design Conservatory Coordinator supports the development, organization, and implementation of the Production & Design Conservatory program. The coordinator collaborates with the Director of Production and faculty to align curriculum, student training, and live production experiences across the School of Theatre. This role helps ensure that students are actively engaged in hands-on, process-driven learning that connects classroom instruction to performance and production outcomes. The coordinator also supports communication, planning, and execution of projects, performances, and special initiatives within the conservatory. Through collaboration and organization, this position contributes to a cohesive, rigorous, and student-centered training environment.
