Under the direction of the Chair of Theatre, the Musical Theatre Conservatory Coordinator supports the development, organization, and implementation of the Musical Theatre Conservatory program. The coordinator collaborates with faculty to align curriculum, student training, and performance opportunities across the acting, voice, and movement disciplines. This role helps ensure that students are engaged in an integrated, process-driven approach to performance that connects classroom work to rehearsals and presentations. The coordinator also supports communication, planning, and execution of projects, performances, and special initiatives within the conservatory. Through collaboration and organization, this position contributes to a cohesive, rigorous, and student-centered training environment.
