Compensation, Benefits, and Growth: This is a full-time, salaried position with an annual base salary range of $65,000–$69,000, depending on experience.

The Role


We are hiring a Post Production Coordinator with strong commercial experience who wants to grow into a Post Producer role.


This is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles.


You will manage post-production logistics across multiple commercial projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communications run smoothly from editorial through final delivery. You will work closely with editors, creatives, producers, agencies, and vendors.


This role is designed as a growth track into Post Producer.


Qualifications

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of post-production experience
  • Strong background in commercials or branded content required
  • Experience working with agencies and brand clients


Technical Knowledge

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Working knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Avid
  • Understanding of color, sound mix, finishing, and delivery specs
  • Familiarity with remote workflows and review platforms such as Frame.io


Project Management

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience using Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar tools
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects


Communication

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable leading agency-facing calls


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent experience


Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight

  • Coordinate post-production from editorial through final delivery
  • Build and manage schedules, session bookings, and delivery timelines
  • Track deliverables across multiple platforms and specs
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within approved budgets


Client and Agency Communication

  • Serve as day-to-day post liaison for agencies and brand partners
  • Facilitate review sessions, revisions, and approval workflows
  • Clearly communicate progress, risks, and solutions to internal and external teams


Budget and Vendor Management

  • Track post budgets and approved change orders
  • Negotiate and confirm day rates with freelance editors, colorists, sound houses, and vendors
  • Reconcile costs at project completion


Workflow and Asset Management

  • Oversee media organization, file transfers, and archiving
  • Manage remote review tools such as Frame.io
  • Support the development of efficient workflows as we expand FastFollow


Creative and Technical Support

  • Ensure deliverables align with brand standards and technical specs
  • Provide practical, creative, and technical input during finishing
