Caregiver Responsibilities
- Engage children in age-appropriate and developmental activities
- Assist with daily living routines, homework, and self-help skills (tooth brushing, dressing, etc.)
- Build positive, supportive relationships with families and clients
- Remain calm, patient, and effective during challenging moments
- Support children with Autism and other developmental needs respectfully and confidently
Caregiver Requirements
- Ability to pass a DOJ Livescan background check
- Adult/Child CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Negative TB test
- Experience working with children or behavior management is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- A genuine desire to help children and support families
