Compensation
- Approximately $122,000–$132,000 total annual compensation
(Hourly pay incentives CEU reimbursement potential loan assistance) - Hourly Rate: $36–$42/hr
- Monthly productivity incentives up to $2,500

About the Clinic
Our Concord location specializes in outpatient orthopedic care with a strong emphasis on hands-on treatment, functional rehabilitation, and individualized patient care. Whether you're a new PTA seeking mentorship or an experienced clinician looking for advancement, you’ll find a supportive team ready to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, hands-on PT treatment under PT supervision
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Document care using an advanced EMR system
- Track patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with PTs, aides, and front office staff
- Educate and motivate patients throughout their rehab journey
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and payer requirements
What You Bring
- Graduation from an accredited PTA program
- Current California PTA license (or license-eligible)
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- A passion for patient-centered care and professional growth
