Job Description And Duties

The Analyst I - Program Training Coordinator will be directed by the Program Assistant in the Program Office at the Department of State Hospitals – Atascadero (ASH). The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:

• Assists with the scheduling of all newly assigned employees to the program.
• Resolves scheduling conflicts, evaluates and implements appropriate training changes.
• Completes the out-service training request forms, travel authorization requests, and travel expense claims.
• Enters training into the training data base, monitor the data, develop and maintains accurate reports pertaining to staff training, certifications, and licensure.
• Develops and analyzes training compliance reports. Participates in the development and monitoring of Plans of Corrections (POC), as identified.
• Audits and prepares clear and concise statistical reports
• Generates program trigger reports for Program Review Committee and submits finalized minutes to stakeholder areas.
