Job Description And Duties
Under supervision of the Supervisor I and in accordance with established procedures, the Analyst I is assigned progressively more complex and difficult administrative duties in a variety of personnel areas, applying applicable laws, rules, regulations, procedures, and policies with careful attention to detail. The incumbent maintains cooperative working relationships with all internal units within the division, as well as providing technical expertise,guidance, assistance and support to supervisors and managers in administrative and personnel matters. This position will serve as the liaison to the Department’s Human Resources Office (HRO) and Labor Relations Office (LRO), Departments Budget and Finance unit and DIR Facilities Unit.

Working Conditions
The position is located at: Headquarters office, Elihu Harris Building, 1515 Clay Street, Room 1902, Oakland, CA 94612.
The incumbent works 40 hours per week in an office setting. Air-conditioned, high-rise building with elevator access, cubicle with natural and artificial lighting.
Monday - Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Currently we have a hybrid setting, two days working in the office.
Office building is walking distance to the 12th Street Bart Station.
Subsidized public transportation.
On-site security 24 hours.
Parking garage for $ 9.60 per day.

Salary : $3,861 - $6,276
