What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, personalized service in both English and Spanish

- Explain device features, wireless plans, and available promotions in a clear, easy-to-understand way
- Assist customers throughout the enrollment and activation process while ensuring a positive experience
- Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding communication and support

- Maintain a professional, organized workspace while representing the AT&T brand with confidence
