Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Monte de Piedad®

Pay: From $18.00/hour Commissions

The Role
As a Pawn & Sales Associate, you are the face of our store. You’ll build solid relationships with our customers by providing outstanding service, whether they are looking for a loan or a life-long treasure.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Lending: Extending pawn loans secured by jewelry, tools, electronics, and more.
- Customer Relations: Providing friendly, professional assistance to a diverse clientele.
- Sales: Selling fine jewelry, electronics, and other merchandise (and earning a commission on every sale!).

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Language: Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Reliability: Valid CA Driver’s License or reliable transportation.
- Background: Must be able to pass an extensive background check and screening.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of jewelry, electronics, or tools is a major plus!
