Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and driven Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in creating a great patient experience while helping patients understand and move forward with their treatment plans.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive first impression
- Check patients in/out and provide necessary paperwork
- Answer phone calls and assist with scheduling, questions, and patient needs
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments and treatment plans
- Clearly explain treatment options and help patients move forward with care
- Present financial options (CareCredit, LendingClub, etc.) and assist with collections
- Verify insurance eligibility and review benefits with patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Keep the front office organized, clean, and running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Experience in dental/medical front office, treatment coordinating, or similar role preferred
- Ability to communicate treatment plans and build patient trust
- Familiarity with insurance verification, PPOs, and EHR systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Sales or case acceptance experience is a plus
- Spanish speaking is a plus
