Core Responsibilities
- Execute, diagnose, and finalize electrical wiring and installations for a variety of residential and commercial sites.
- Operate with full autonomy to manage your daily workflow and make essential field decisions to ensure project success.
- Help maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all installations strictly adhere to the National Electrical Code and local Delaware regulations.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including general contractors and property owners, to ensure high-quality service.
Required Qualifications
- Possess an active Delaware Journeyman Electrician License in good standing.
- Demonstrate a solid background in both commercial and residential electrical work.
- Exhibit the ability to work independently, showing initiative to take full responsibility for your assigned tasks.
- Experience with job bidding, material takeoffs, or estimating is considered a significant advantage.
- Must be prepared to begin employment immediately or with very short notice.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving history to operate company equipment.
