We are currently looking for a talented HVAC Service Technician to work in Yonkers, NY, focusing on the repair, diagnostics, and upkeep of both residential and commercial climate control equipment. Your daily duties will involve servicing various systems, such as boilers, thermostats, HVAC units, and associated control hardware.

Your Responsibilities
- Execute routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diverse equipment like chillers, boilers, heat pumps, cooling towers, rooftop units, split systems, pumps, controls, and VAVs.
- Analyze and utilize technical schematics and wiring diagrams to ensure precise system operations.
- Provide exceptional service to clients to ensure their needs are met with professionalism.
- Utilize your analytical abilities to identify and fix mechanical issues, helping to restore system functionality for our customers.
- Ensure all documentation and job sites remain orderly and precise.
- Optimize your daily workflow to boost overall output and reduce system inactivity.
- Safely navigate and climb ladders reaching heights of up to 40 feet.
- Take part in a scheduled rotation for emergency after-hours service calls.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of professional experience working as a commercial HVAC technician.
- Completion of a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for those who have attended technical training programs.
- Must hold an active EPA certification.
- Possession of a clean and valid driver's license.
- Successful completion of a background screening and drug test.
- Possession of an OSHA certification is viewed as a beneficial asset.
- Demonstrate the physical capacity to handle demanding tasks, including crawling, kneeling, bending, reaching, working in tight areas, and lifting weights exceeding 75 pounds.
